  • All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by RECARB.
  • RECARB may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes with reasonable prior notice to you. If RECARB requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to RECARB, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
  • RECARB will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. In the unlikely event that goods are not available, you will be notified of this by RECARB as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by RECARB to be authorised to receive the goods, except in the case of registered or insured goods where the person listed on the order will be required to sign for the item.
  • If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order within the specified holding time with Australia Post, RECARB may charge you additional delivery fees.
  • Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
  • All custom orders will be quoted their delivery and handling time.
  • All standard orders are usually shipped within 3 business days.
  • If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please notify us by either calling and/or emailing us.


  • Postage is calculated based on cubic weight, location and postage service you choose to use
  • All items will be sent registered by default with tracking and signature on delivery as standard.
  • Recarb accepts no liability for damage in transit.
  • Transit cover can be added for an additional cost- Please contact us prior to purchasing.
  • All of our orders are sent via Australia Post by default.
  • Postage Services through Australia Post we offer are:

    - Express
    - Pack and Track International- Selected Countries Only
    - Express Courier International
  • If you wish to use your own delivery service, please contact us prior to purchasing.


  • For each online order, you must pay: the applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by RECARB; and the delivery fee specified on the website at that time.
  • Your order and credit card details are safe and secure. We do not store credit card details unless instructed to do so with written consent by the owner. Credit card information is provided directly to Paypal or the RECARB payment gateway (Commonwealth Bank). Credit Card details provided are encoded in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, an encryption protocol that protects data as it travels over the Internet.
  • Payment Options include the following
    - Direct Deposit- If you wish to make payment via direct deposit, please contact us. We can accept your order and provide our bank details.
    - Credit Card (VISA and MasterCard)
    - Debit Card (VISA and MasterCard)
    - PayPal
    - AfterPay
    - In some cases, we can accept Cheques, please contact us prior to purchase
  • All Prices on this website are inclusive of GST
  • We will provide a Tax Invoice with every sale
  • For each online order made, you must pay:
    - The applicable price for the relevant goods confirmed by Recarb
    - The delivery and handling fee(s) specified with your purchase the that time
  • We are unable to accept Cash On Delivery (COD) charges through Australia Post


  • If your item is faulty upon receipt, Recarb will gladly replace it free of charge, subject to the purchaser contacting us within 7 days of receiving the goods
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only. We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon.
  • No refunds will be made if you change your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • Under Recarb’s discretion, we may offer to exchange a product for equal or lesser value
  • Under Recarb’s discretion, we may offer to refund a product with a charge of 20% restocking fee if it falls under the description in section 3.2
  • It is up to the buyer to return the product(s) including all costs involved with returning the purchase (i.e. Postage Costs etc.)
  • Following Australian Consumer Law under Section Repair, Replace or Refund- Recarb is obliged to follow all consumer laws listed. We strive to make sure that every purchase you make is right for your needs and an enjoyable experience. Please contact us if you feel this is not the case.
  • If you wish to make a return, please contact Recarb for more information on how to return an item.
  • If you paid for the item using Afterpay, please note the item cannot be returned to store for a refund, but must be returned to Recarb Online via return post following the instructions on Returns via the post, found on Refunds and Returns page. A refund will then be provided subject to these terms and conditions being complied with.
  • Returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any one of the following proof of purchase documents:
    - Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
    - Online Tax Invoice (order confirmations will not be accepted)
    - Financial Statement (i.e bank statement, credit card statement)
    - Proof of purchase is the original Recarb receipt, bank, Afterpay.
    - For proof of purchase requirement for online or eBay purchases, visit www.recarb.com.au
  • You will be asked for information that is relevant to your return or to satisfy legislative requirement. If you do not provide this information, then we may be unable to process your return. When returning merchandise with proof of purchase, you will be asked for your signature as authorization of the return transaction. If Recarb agrees to a return without adequate proof of purchase, you will be asked to provide identification containing your full name. Recarb will record your name and form of identification provided, which may be accessed by authorized Recarb team members for fraud protection activities. Information collected will be securely stored in accordance with Recarb’s Privacy Policy.


  • You agree to take full responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password.
  • You are liable if your user name or password is used by an un-authorised person
  • Recarb may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice
  • Recarb will follow acts listed in our Privacy Policy


  • All intellectual information remains the rights of Recarb
  • Intellectual information includes the following:
    - Images
    - Videos
    - Descriptions
    - Recarbs’ Own products
    - Customer Contact Information
  • Recarb aims to include Up-To-Date pictures of all goods on the website however, sometimes the picture of the goods may differ from the actual goods. Please be sure to check ad description before purchasing


  • Recarb will comply with the Privacy Policy as listed
  • Recarb will not reveal your personal information to external or 3rd party organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order

  • Each order is governed by the terms and conditions listed at current when an order is placed
  • Recarb may add to, delete or otherwise change these terms and conditions without notice.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions each time you place your order.


  • All purchases made on this website and the terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Queensland and Australia.


  • In the event payment for goods and/or services are left outstanding for a period of longer than 120 days, Recarb may retain the goods and/or sell the goods to recover costs of the parts and/or services rendered.
  • Recarb will make every attempt possible to contact the customer to notify of this intention.
